books.wbbsenote.in গ্রাহকদের সর্বোত্তম সেবা দেওয়ার জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তবে যেহেতু আমরা শিক্ষা সহায়ক বই (বিশেষত ডিজিটাল PDF ফরম্যাটে) সরবরাহ করি, তাই কিছু নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম ও সীমাবদ্ধতার ভিত্তিতে আমাদের বাতিল ও ফেরতের নীতিমালা নির্ধারিত।
🔹 ১. অর্ডার বাতিল (Cancellation Policy)
- আপনি যদি কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চান, তাহলে অর্ডার করার ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে ইমেল বা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- শুধুমাত্র যেসব অর্ডারে PDF পাঠানো হয়নি বা প্রিন্ট ডেলিভারি শুরু হয়নি, সেগুলো বাতিলযোগ্য।
- একবার PDF পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হলে বা প্রিন্ট কপি কুরিয়ারে চলে গেলে, সেই অর্ডার আর বাতিলযোগ্য নয়।
🔹 ২. ফেরত নীতিমালা (Refund Policy)
আমরা সাধারণত কোনো ধরনের ফেরত (Refund) প্রদান করি না, কারণ:
- PDF বই একবার পাঠিয়ে দেওয়ার পর তা ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
- প্রিন্ট কপি বই কাস্টমার অনুযায়ী প্যাক ও প্রেরণ করা হয়, যা ফেরত নেওয়া বা পুনর্ব্যবহার করা যায় না।
তবে কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ফেরত বিবেচনা করা যেতে পারে, যেমন:
- ভুল বই পাঠানো হয়েছে
- পেমেন্ট কেটে গিয়ে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়নি
- ডুপ্লিকেট পেমেন্ট হয়েছে
এসব ক্ষেত্রে, দয়া করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং যথাযথ প্রমাণ দিন। যাচাইয়ের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

🔹 ৪. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা
- আমরা শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট ও যৌক্তিক কারণ বিবেচনায় ফেরতের সিদ্ধান্ত নিই।
- সব রিফান্ড মূলত আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই দেওয়া হবে।
- কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষ বা বিকল্প চ্যানেলে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At books.wbbsenote.in, we are committed to providing high-quality educational books and digital content to students of WBBSE and WBCHSE. Since most of our products are in digital (PDF) format or printed specifically for the customer, cancellations and refunds are subject to strict guidelines.
🔹 1. Order Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order via email or phone.
- Cancellations are only accepted before the PDF has been delivered or the printed copy has been dispatched.
- Once the PDF file is sent or the courier process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
🔹 2. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Once a PDF file is delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked.
- Printed books are customized, packed, and dispatched for each order and cannot be reused.
However, in the following specific situations, a refund may be considered:
- You received the wrong book.
- Payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
In such cases, please contact us with valid proof, and we will review your request. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

- No cash or third-party refunds will be processed.
