এই ওয়েবসাইট books.wbbsenote.in ব্যবহার করার পূর্বে দয়া করে নিচের শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ করলে বা কোনো বই অর্ডার করলে আপনি আমাদের নীতিমালা ও শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে।
🔹 ১. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্য
এই ওয়েবসাইটটি শুধুমাত্র WBBSE ও WBCHSE বোর্ডভুক্ত মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য তৈরি পাঠ্য সহায়ক বই সরবরাহের উদ্দেশ্যে তৈরি। এই বইগুলো আমাদের নিজস্ব টিমের দ্বারা রচিত এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের সুবিধার্থে সহজ ভাষায় উপস্থাপিত।
🔹 ২. কনটেন্টের অধিকার
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত সব লেখা, বই, ছবি ও ডিজাইন কপিরাইট সুরক্ষিত। এগুলি WBBSE NOTE Team এর মালিকানাধীন। কোনো কনটেন্ট পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া নকল, বিতরণ বা ব্যবহার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।
🔹 ৩. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট
- আপনি যখন কোনো বই অর্ডার করেন, তখন আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক।
- পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর বইয়ের ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক দেওয়া হয় সেখানে ক্লিক করলেই PDF টি ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন ।
- একবার পেমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে, তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
🔹 ৪. ডেলিভারি নীতি
- পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাথে সাথে ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক পাবেন সেখান এ ক্লিক করলেই ডাউনলোড হয়ে যাবে, আর যদি ডাউনলোড করতে অসুবিধা হয় তবে আমাদের ইমেল করলে আমরা ২৪-৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে PDF কপি ইমেইল এ পাঠিয়ে দিবো, তবে ইমেল এ পেমেন্ট এর স্ক্রিনশট দিতে হবে এবং কি বিষয়ের বই এর জন্য পেমেন্ট করেছেন তা বলতে হবে।
- প্রিন্ট কপি আমরা সরবরাহ করিনা, আমরা শুধুমাত্র পিডিএফ কপি দিয়ে থাকি।
🔹 ৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
- আপনি এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার সময় কোনও অবৈধ কাজ, স্প্যামিং, হ্যাকিং বা কনটেন্টের অপব্যবহার করবেন না।
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য চুরি বা ভুল উপায়ে ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

আমরা যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল ও আপডেটেড তথ্য দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে বইয়ের ভুল-ত্রুটির জন্য আমরা কোনও প্রকার আইনি দায়িত্ব বহন করব না। শিক্ষার্থীদের বোর্ডের গাইডলাইন অনুযায়ী চূড়ান্ত প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
